•Each unit is evaluated to ensure it meets Online852.com Mobile Outlet (hereinafter called the "Outlet") quality standards, including either the original operating system or a more recent version, and undergoes functionality testing and any defective modules/components are replaced with original modules/components or new generic modules/components. Accessories may be generic and not directly from the manufacturer.
•The warranty shall not apply and the repair charges shall be separately quoted by the Outlet in the event of any willful modification, alteration or repair in any way made to any part of the product by any persons other than the Outlet; or any damage caused by misuse, misapplication of electricity, malicious acts, negligence, inflow of any liquid or dirt, accident, natural calamities, or physical force. This warranty does not cover consumable parts, including but not limited to battery, that can be diminished over time. The Outlet reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to charge the customers corresponding component fees according to the quotation, and the right of final decisions in case of disputes.
•For unit defects that occur under normal operating circumstances, subject to verification by the Outlet, repair service shall be provided within one month commencing from the date of sales memo with the same IMEI/serial/model number.
